Gill is the managing partner of Opsis - a Sydney based business consultancy totally focussed on implementing and improving the Customer Relationship Management strategies and requirements of SMBs and other larger businesses. Gill acts as a conduit between the business & technology to ensure that solutions delivered meet your business requirements.
She has been specialising in CRM for over ten years, and for the last five years has been focussed on Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the market leader in CRM when considered from a value for money perspective.
As a CRM Business Consultant with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as Clarify and Seibel, her speciality is ensuring that a CRM implementation delivers quantifiable results for all users across the company. She has worked across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements workshops and solutions design as well as training and project management. She is certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and she is experienced in all versions of the product.
Gill says "I’m a usability guru. I am passionate about ensuring that all users can get the maximum benefit from the software. My troubleshooting and problem solving skills are frequently used to overcome troublesome issues. Although I work with technology I am a people person, at my best ensuring that others achieve.”
