As an organisation we needed to develop an existing CRM data base and realised that some staff training was required to achieve this.  As we are a not-for-profit organisation we wanted to run the project as cost effectively as possible. We chose Gill Walker, from Opsis in Sydney, to deliver the training.

Gill's a good and effective communicator; she talks in layman's terms, which we really appreciate. In our experience, this is a rare talent in the technical world.

Further on, as we weren't overly happy with the way another one of our projects had gone, we engaged Gill to provide us with a second opinion.
